Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Artifex Çelik ("Company"), a subsidiary of NG Çelik Konstrüksiyon Ltd. Şti., as the data controller within the scope described below.

• Request details: project information and message content you share via the contact/quote form.
• Job application details: CVs and attachments you send by email.

Your personal data is collected electronically via the forms on our website, email and telephone. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with the controller's legal obligations and the controller's legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms — and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our parent company NG Çelik Konstrüksiyon Ltd. Şti., to the hosting, email and IT infrastructure providers we use and, upon request, to authorised public institutions.

As the hosting and email delivery services of our website are provided by providers with servers abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purposes of processing and the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to our Company to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction under Article 7,
• Request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can send your requests in writing, together with information identifying you, to the address above or to iletisim@artifexcelik.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
